“Together from theory to practice!” (’Impreuna de la teorie la practica’, SMIS Code 311312), is a project based on the “Financing Contract G2024-74594 /29.10.2024”, concluded with the Ministry of Investment and European Projects (MIPE) of Romania as “Managing Authority of the Programme for Education and Employment” (PEO).

The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the ‘Programme for Education and Employment 2021-2027’ (PEO), Priority Axis: P8 ‘Increasing the accessibility, attractiveness and quality of vocational and technical education’, Specific Project Objective: ESO4. 5 ‘Improving the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness and labour market relevance of education and training systems, including through the validation of non-formal and informal learning, to support the acquisition of key competences, including entrepreneurship and digital competences, as well as by promoting the introduction of dual training and apprenticeship programmes (ESF+)’.

The general objective of the project is to increase by 251 the number of vocational and technical education students participating in work-based learning programmes in order to acquire relevant skills, including vocational skills, that facilitate employment in decent jobs, in line with Goal 4 of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Romania 2030.

The target group consists of 251 students aged between 14 and 29 years old residing in Alba County (Centre – less developed region) attending ISCED secondary vocational and technical education courses of: a) level 2-3; b) qualification level 3-4 and level 4; c) qualification level 5, enrolled in the two project partner schools.

The total value of the project is RON 2,462,875.86. Of this amount, the European Union grants a subsidy of up to RON 2,233,466.32, which is equivalent to 90.69% of the approved total eligible value. The project implementation period runs from 1st of November 2024 to the 31st of October 2026 (24 months).

Ipazia Production also successfully planned and held online internships for students, especially in the area of ‘Technicians in Economic Activities’ classes (internships scheduled from February to the end of May 2025 for the first school year of project implementation). In the second year of the project, new internships are planned in the fields of economics and accounting and marketing, so that at least 26 students enrolled in the Project partner schools can be trained online and formally qualified.
